At first glance, this may sound provocative. No one who has spent a long working life contributing to society can be blamed for longing for stability. But demographic reality shows that the quality of life of all generations is linked to the economic foundation of tomorrow. Stable pension systems, functioning healthcare infrastructure and social security need an economy that remains productive, adaptable and more resilient in times of crisis.
This is not about blaming one generation. It is about a shared task for the future. Economic transformation is part of securing stability for all generations — those living today and those to come.

For us, helping mid-sized cities, local companies and people move through today’s challenges is more than a professional field. We have lived in a mid-sized city for many years. We see how global pressure becomes local reality — in companies, public systems,
everyday infrastructure and the places where people live and work.
IINMO brings together what we know, what we are still learning and what we have experienced: circular solutions, corporate and operational reality, city and location logic, new networks, practical judgement and two complementary ways of working with people and complexity.
